Dirty rednecks are just that.........dirty rednecks.

Just like there are dirty people of every other demographic. Some just seem to congregate in certain places in higher concentrations.

If you took offense to that you might need to take a shower.

/lives in central indiana.......plenty of rednecks. Most are great people, lots are dirty scum.

It's not the dirty part that i don't like, it's the redneck stereotype. Maybe i'm just oversensitive to this because i take all the crap coming from my living in WV. "Oh your parents must be cousins" and all that crap.

But seriously, if i said i hate KFC because of all the "dirty black people" or Taco Bell because of all the "stinky mexicans" the race flag would be drawn. I may be a 15 year old kid, but i can tell when there's a double standard going on.

I mean come on now. That's a prejudice remark. But, okay. You're a mod. I know when to pick my battles.

You're not picking battles, I see where you're coming from. The biggest flaw is that "redneck" isn't a race...........

dirty black people, Stinky Mexicans, Smelly Chinaman, Redneck....Which one is not a race? Do you feel better now that you got all of your own hidden racial tension unleashed? No one said "little weenie white people" it was a red neck comment Red neck = trailer trash= gang banger= etc...You say you know when to pick your battles? I disagree.

Should it matter that it's not a "race" per se? Should they not be should the same respect as another "race"? I just think that if insulting one "race" as a group is against the rules, then insulting another "group of people" should be as well.

Race - One geographic or global human group distinguished as a distinct group based on characteristics shared by the group.

That's what my little crappy pocket dictionary for school defines it as. Is redneck not a "race" then?
