Until the 2002 Infiniti G35, Nissan Skylines weren't officially imported to the U.S. That doesn't make them illegal, just prohibitively expensive to do all the "federalization" to make it DOT-legal, e.g., emissions, bumpers, safety, etc.Steve_89;698860; said:

The classic Ferrari 206/246 Dino is one of my favorite cars, although it was pretty damned slow to be wearing a prancing horse, IMO:

Great looking car and much more affordable than a 300SL gullwing. The styling of the Dino was copied in the VW-based Kelmark GT kit car:
