:headbang2 In my book nothing is better than my tack driving S&W Model 28 .357 Just not good for CC, a lot of the time. But if we all went back to open belt wiled west days it would never leave my side.

I LOVE my model 28. It's had lots of work done to it and boy is it ever accurate.

I have its twin, down to the packmayr grips. True story... my Dad took second with it, before he gave it to me on my 9th'ish birthday, in the Colorado law enforcement invitational. It was fresh from the box, never fired, before he competed. When I got my CCW permit I was supposed to fire around 50 rounds to qualify. After twelve, with the 28, the instructor said he did not need to spend any more time in the cold.

I have one too, but mines still in the box unfired. From what I understand they aren't very reliable.
I've only fired mine a few times in all these years I've had it.
