Is he considered a Lutino?

Yes a Lutino, true albinos have red eyes and will be white or pink only in color, not counting the metallic orange all Oscar's have.

Yes, Toni was one, black eyes, no black fins


Lutino Oscar's are all the white skinned Oscar's save your true Albinos.
