Favorite fish !!!!

Id have to say black tip reef shark or hammerhead overall. But, talkin average aquarium fish, either Oscars or clownfish. IMO, they have the most "personality" and interaction capability.
 
Lyonsi, getting one this summer. Maybe a pair.

They have teeth and very powerful jaws. I heard they eat Brazil nuts in the wild. Our Leonardo can bite a carrot better than I can.

Pacus are characins as are piranhas. I suppose our pacu could have accidently killed their tank mates by running over them. Rowboat versus a large freighter sort of thing. Unfortunately, all their former tank mates have died (four oscars and two pleco). Their lives were cut short from the horrific conditions they lived most of their lives in. We got them 5 1/2 years ago in this 55 gallon tank.

Sorry for your loss. I lost my firtd ECat about 6 years ago that I had had for 11 years. Thay do become like a part of the family. Just like any fish will do.
