Wow Svang, those first two are exactly what I was thinking when I saw the thread title. I love me some Tapatio on grilled cheese, and the chili stuff is great pretty much everywhere else. For sandwiches though theres a sauce made to look a tiny Jack Daniels bottle that I cant remember the name of but its really good.
