This is my favourite sauce with any meat, a match made in heaven with a rare sirloin in particular.

I'm a big Texas Pete's fan extra hot is my favorite. Also like the taste of the green tabasco, its not hot but has a good taste. Chinese resteraunt by my office makes a great hot sauce that is all heat with hardly any taste, they will make me jars of it and I use it alot when I cook, its awesome in chili.
 
Louisiana Hot Sauce...lots of this with a little butter...hot wings anyone?

it's commonly called red rooster sauce because of the picture on the bottle. but there is nothing on the bottle calling it that

this is actually red rooster sauce on the left and it's good too

OOOoooOOoooOOoo I LOVE hot sauce, on certain occasions I drink it. I could go on forever, but my top couple are Cholula, Cheech's Gnarly Garlic, Crystals, Vamp-fire, Redneck Whiskey Hotsause... I should just stop now. Oh yeah Mad Dog 357, but only when I'm making a big pot of chili or something, it only takes a drop... And its funny to dare people dip there finger in the bottle and taste it, I've seen many people cry.
 
I'm a fan of tatio and franks "I put that $hit on everything"<love the commercials with grandma's hot sauce advise.
