On the other hand, I suppose Family guy IS pretty offensive in its own right, but I gew up watching Steve Irwin, and he's the driving force that made me care about fish, snakes, animals in general, etc. I've been a fan of Steve since I was 3, so I suppose that gag in part really gets to me on a more personal level.
Other than that, I just don't find South Park funny. Though there are a few moments in South Park that had me rolling.
I was a huge steve irwin fan, he is my idol. But I think it's ok to make fun of him, although it might have been a little too soon. It's not like they said he was a bad guy, they just referenced his death.

i voted American dad, because its family guy but with more of a plot.
yes family guy is funny but its just too random soemtimes and about 70% of the jokes are lost on a non american audience so i dont even understand half of it, but americans are considered to be less intellectual so i suppose random non-plot advancing babble makes some people laugh. i think southpark were spot on with their manitee's fetching balls to make family guy jokes.
American dad is essentially family guy if they improved it (which is what it was before family guy got back on air) but i somehow knew family guy would be number 1
