Favorite snakehead?

I wish I had some to compare which ones would be my favorite, but they're illegal so I've never owned one :cry: I've only seen pictures and a lot of them are pretty sweet :headbang2

Yes that was me. They are still good. I did get another 2 but down to 3 now. I have them at 20-21C. They are great looking fish, although the blue colour does fade when they are comfortable. Strong characters, one of them flares gills at me when I go to the tank and tries to bite my little girls fingers through the glass.

wow they sound sweeeeet. You reckon you could get some pics of them and the setup their in? How did you end up lowering the temps for the tank? Use a chiller?

[I love many. The Barca, Pleuro, Auranti and many of the smaller species for their beauty and I love Cobras and Micro and aaahhh I love them all :irked:

They all are so well designed and efficient, plus they look cool and seem very intelligent when put next to many other fish, I think my favourites are the ones i've kept the Auranti and the Barca. Not I must stress because the Barca is so rare (due to this I will never be able to get one) but because it and the Auranti just looks so sea serpent or ]║[onster like

barca, aurantimaculata, pleurophthalma, maruliodes, maculata, micropeltes, argus, obscura, bleheri, assam... and so on, and so on!! :screwy:
 
yeah, i like a lot them them too but i dont have any. friends of mine here keep several species and if i had a spare tank i would deffo throw in a few. superb fish imo :)
 
I LOVE ALL SNAKE'S.... THEIR THE BULLDOGS OFF THE WATER.... THEY HAVE REALLY NICE ATITTUDES AND CAN BE REALLY AGRESSIVE IF THEIR HUNGRY....:irked:
 
This is my favorite snakehead channa marulides (marulius) becouse i have one :)

He is verry aggresive i have a new video where he atacks when i clean the inside of the tank, he atacks the magnetic clenaner, realy fun haha :)
