usually none, I prefer gatoraide but it is either coke or the publix brand orange soda when I get some.

Haha, I would never call wikipedia very reliable, so...
Personally, I just call it by whatever the specific drink's name is. Coke is coke, mountain dew is mountain dew, sprite is sprite, dr. pepper is dr. pepper, and pepsi is crap.

my wife used to call it pop. she's from Minnesota. when i visited, they asked if i wanted some pop,............. didn't know what they were saying

Not true.

I live as far east as the US goes and I was raised with it being called "soda."
