A giant water filled tumor-esk growth is not a sign of beauty in my book. Some of those looks unnaturally gross. Most of those pics look implanted or injected.
Personally i like the mountain peak. Compliments the style of the body and its big and attractive and not gross. Very nice if it has the brain pattern as well.

I like mine to have a wider , not so much alienish fake look.I think it makes it hard for the fish to eat, swim properly when their kok is grosely huge. but JMO
