speaking of the dogs, that's another thing

realistically, if the dogs were gonna attack him while he was asleep, they'd just start biting. but he was awoken by the growling first and then attacked. i'm no dog expert but from experience with my neighbor's two dogs that would come into my yard, one of them would bark and only bluff. the other one doesn't bark and he'd just come towards you. that one i can tell means business

why just totally abandon your things. he seriously should just wait outside until the chick calmed down a bit. there was a language barrier but i'm sure he could've communicated that, hey chick, just let me get my **** and i'll be out

knowing i'm in a desert and will die soon if i just up and leave, i would not have given up my things to a lady and a child

I was thinking that but Nick is no tough guy and him being run off by some crazy woman points that out.I was expecting him to sneak back in and retrieve his stuff though.
