Is there a reason my feather fin absolutely hates my shovelnose. I can here her making her noises whenever the shovelnose is close and then it sounds like a hundred cell phones on vibrate on the tank and she absolutely tried everything possible to beat up the sbovelnose. I though feather fins were somewhat peaceful and this one has been until the shovelnose. Any reason why?

I can speak from experience here regarding the synodontis eurupterus. Mine has hated every other catfish that went anywhere near his clay pot cave. I believe that it's just territorial aggression directed towards other bottom feeders. You mentioned she goes crazy with the squeaks when the shovelnose gets close? Yeah, sounds like a territory thing to me. Whats the size of the tank that they're in?
They are in a 125 and the shovel nose is small maybe 5 inches. The featherfin loves my Giant upside-down Asian catfish but goes out of the way battle the shovel nose that just is hanging out. I know the table know that huge but they aren't full grown and have plenty of their own spaces.

Hahaha yeah everywhere. Moves all over. Spends a ton of time with the giant upside down cat and also is upside down a lot also
