It's meant to be like that these days I believe. People should be voting for the Photograph they think is the best - if they let whoever took it affect that then it's their integrity that is the issue, not the competition.

Most people tend to get a good idea of whos photos are whos, anyway.

It doesn't affect me one way or the other-I just stated my opinion...If this is the weay it's ran-then so be it.....I thought maybe other's have just overlooked it or something is all.....

i have to disagree with you.... it kinda resembles a polypterus delhezi it lacks the bands that are found along their backs.... unless those spots are the bans
