As long as you are getting good agitation via water movement in the sump and on the output of the pump, you should be fine without the air pump.
I still say stick with the power head and venturi method to remove the air from the lines. This will keep it primed while you are on vacation. Also, the power head will increase the surface agitation therfore allowing you to remove the air pump.

though there is a check valve in between through which its sucking little air but
not to worry as all air been sucked into the powerhead.
There is a lot of movement in water now.
Do i have to worry keeping fronts.

Nope. They should be fine. Just keep the power head pointed across the surface and not pointed directly at the fish.
just put a elbow on the outlet of powerhead now the water is moving upwards.
