I tried zucchini and algae wafers. All the other fish ate them.

you got a rubber lip pleco there.. They sell them at petsmart.

They are relatively small pleco and will do ok with pretty much any veggies and some algae walfers... not a bad find..
Try cutting the cucumber and zucchini to large slice so that the pleco can eat in in 1-2 days..

Eventually it will learn that its food.. takes time for plecos to learn

Ok, I took everything out this morning. I should leave the algae wafers in for a few days?

Yes, as well try peas, they love them... at least my long gone zebra pleco did.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I'll throw some in tonight. He came out last night for a while. He was sucking everything in site except the food I threw in. They're extremely fast.
