I think it all depends on the space and such you are willing to devote to breeding for feeders. I will have 2 20 gals going and the amount of breeding mollies in there will greatly outpace that of 2 pairs of convicts even with the number of fry eaten...

Though in terms of enjoyment to watch I think Cons take the bill. Get to see some interesting parenting and such as well as get feeders. I just dont want my wife to get attached to the cons and their babies. HA HA

Haha yeah, we're having a good time seeing how the con's react to parenting. I've just been sure to be firm from the start that these fish ARE food, and she seems to be on board with that.

My feeder tanks will be in the spare bedroom which are out of site unless you go in there to scoup some out....

Just need to get them up and running.

Heh, mine are in the living room a slight head-turn away from the TV, can't miss em as soon as you walk in the front door.

Those shows are banned from my big screen. That is what the 40" in the bedroom is for....

I want the breeder tanks set up now so I can start getting them going but I dont have anything to ask for for xmas so I might wait just so the wife has something to get me.
