Depending on the size of fish you're feeding, guppies, mollies, and most livebearers work pretty well. I give mine a good feed before feeding them to my fish just to make sure they get more nutrition out of them. I don't like feeding goldfish because 1. their scales make a horrid mess and 2. they're really high in fat. Just personal experience.
