Is Spinach good for shrimp? What kind of nutrients do they get out of it? I tried some blanched spinach last night and they ate the crap out of it.

Yeah I heard they get some calcium out of it. Is it fairly high in calcium? I also heard Iodine is good for shrimp, what could I feed that has this?

You can find Iodine in Kelp and Seaweed at very high levels. Most fresh fish, fish oils and sea salt have good levels of Iodine in them. A lot of vegetables also have Iodine in them, but it'll depend on the area they were grown in. The highest, consistent sources are things that come from the sea (fish, seaweed, etc).
