Beefheart is ok for them if they will eat it just don't over feed it that can cause constipation. Just remember under the 6 inch mark feed them whatever they like do not try to starve them onto a new food they are very fragile at that size

UPDATE: my pbass are spitting out the bloodworms now. they look like they want to eat it but for some reason they spit out. they keep going and going after it.
