feeding and food for Ck

I have a clown knife and a royal knife and it only took a day without food before I could get them to accept nightcrawlers. I put in frozen brine shrimp @ night but the catfish & peacock eel usually get to that. So I'm in the same boat as you.

What kind of pellets do you guys feed your knives?

The CK I used to have ate frozen krill, carnivore pellets, night crawlers, feeder comets, an strips of Tilapia fillet.

I need to get another.

I feed my fish hikari.My ck tried it but spit it back out.

Is it okay for my ck and other fish to eat cooked shrimp???

cooked wont hurt them, but its not as good as raw for them
Starve his ass till he eats. I've had to starve stuborn fish for weeks before.
My chinese perch took 3 weeks of starvation, but now it will literally eat anything. (it looks healthier than it ever has too.)

my clown knife took whatever i put in. anything from hikari food sticks to frozen shrimp, bloodworms, algea wafers and feeders but its better to feed them dry or frozen foods than feeders. hope this helps.
