Feeding and Tin Foil Barbs

Bloodworms on nightly basis? They are very high in protein content and proteins are not easily digested. Do you realize while helpful it may be, it can be disastrous as it is often responsible for bloat cases? If I were you, feed only 2-3 times a week, no more than that. Let your fish try other foods.

Feed different types of foods, (mostly dry). Get about three or more good quality pellets and wafers both sinking and floating type.
Feed frozen once or twice a week. Don’t forget the Veggies! You can do fresh (like sliced zucchini) or in pellet/wafer form. This is just my own, but it works for me. By the way Tin foils are PIGS. Mine will easily out eat the Oscar.

yes tinfoils are pigs. I had 8 adults(12-16 inches each) in my 225G. I would feed them a 7 oz can of tetra flakes and it would only last 1 1/2 to 2 weeks on the 3 min rule.

Keep up with the water changes especially with their increased grow rate.

I'd get those tinfoils to eat pellets, they usually go nuts for them. I would get some NLS large fish formula
