Thanks. Btw, do they sink? the hikari pellets?

Also, my ebjds keep sticking to my heater. Could that be a problem? They just hang around my heater. my temp is 78ish right now

I don't think Hikari pellets sink, at least mine don't.........Sounds like your fish are just shy or possibly cold......My EBJD is in my 75 gallon and i always keep that tank at around 82 degrees for my polypterus and he seems to enjoy it warmer too......

OPPS.. forget my comment

Crush up massivore pellets if you want to see good growth results, flush their guts out with some blood worm once a week if you're power feeding for growth to prevent bloat, just make sure you get them from a good source. :)

Also, the Hikari Freeze Dried Krill you can find at PETCO in a twist top bottle has an insane protein content, somthing like 60%.

keep a close eye on them at this stage as i lost my 2 to something internal while my gene split thrived

try tetra granuals all my fish love them raised my ebjd on them from 1'' to 9'' their mid-floating granuals put a little in a cup then add a little water and dump in your tank they float wright to the middle and bottom
