Feeding Bass just shrimp?

I've been feeding my bass shrimps for months without any other food source as alternative but he's been growing just fine so don't worry its nbd

If you feed just shrimp without shells you won't notice a problem for w while. Maybe never. But there will be ill effects on your fish in the long run.

Idk about that thread, because krill is a shellfish, and it is a staple food of the aquarium industry. Krill is in most high quality pellets, its sold freeze dried, and frozen. If it were bad for our fish, Im pretty sure the companies selling it and putting it in their pellets would have stopped using it a long time ago. If its bad for our fish most of our aquariums are destined for failure.

I'm sure it is a case by case bases. Some fish thrive on shellfish as mentioned in the thread. Variety is probably best like in a pellet but the op is suggesting shrimp only. I personally have not tried feeding shrimp so cannot comment good or bad.
