I agree with squirt, feeding whole massivore should wait till they're hit the 10" mark at least, 12" being better.
Honestly, massivore is just so freaking expensive, I don't think it's worth it unless you buy it in bulk. Hopefully they make the price of it more reasonable soon.
I feed cichlid gold sinking to my polys, and my delhezi is thick, and yet not obese. My fish keep good healthy form and great appetites on cichlid gold, and it's the perfect size for the group of ropefish too
Your ornates too big for hikari lionhead, I would only feed that stuff to baby bichirs. Bump him up to at least sinking cichlid gold.

I just toss some in, and the bichirs seem to have learned that they need to let it sit for a while. Some will get impatient and attack the pellets right away, and they seem to do okay with it after a certain size.

Huh my petsmart just started carrying the sinking gold about a week or two ago. You should check back in.
