are the frozen Hikari bloodworms a good addition to a JD's diet?

i feed my jewels, jewel fry and peacocks bloodworms. thats what they have for breakfast each day.

I agree...its like the best food for any juvenile tropical fish to feed on at first...even bigger fish can eat it

also, i was told to feed "vegie flakes" to them, is his like a food sold in stores or can i gut up leafy greens anf feed it?
what kind of lettuce should i feed?

I may be wrong but I dont think greens are for JDs.

i may also be wrong but i believe a balanced diet is best for most fish. including green. some of my cichlids eat the java moss i have in the tank as well as bloodworms and cichid food.

frozen blood worms are great for them but dont feed them too often, or they will get used to it and start to not eat the other food you give them
