I use frozen cyclop eez!!!e my lfs recommended it for the fry... I used to use crushed flake and fry bites but this stuff works way better and they LOVE it...
they also love the spirilina wafers alot too, they like to graze on that... After they get to about an inch I've been feeding the NLS cichlid formula all the fish love it babies and adults...
