very nice

You live in an apartment? Does you landlord know that you keep venomous species there and if so, does he/she not worry about the liabilities associated with what could possibly happen in the event of an escape/bite?

Yes, Yes, and No.

The apartments usually do not allow for venomous snakes and it does mention it in their flier but not in the lease. When I got venomous, the maintenance guys found out and reported it but at the same time were cool with me having them (one of them brought his daughter over to see the cobras). I talked with the landlord and showed them my enclosures and after they saw how secure everything was they were okay with me having them so long as I kept the place clean (which it always is).

Beautiful snakes! How long have you been working with venemous? Are you also a "constrictor" keeper?

I miss my ball python:(

Been working with venomous for 5 years now and I do have a pine snake, mex, black king and a texas indigo snake as well and those are all non-venomous and all non venomous snakes are constrictors so yes i do keep constrictors too.
