feeding eggs

the only problem with giving it to them raw is that they will make the biggest mess you have ever seen. Its awful.

Both my sav and water monitor enjoy them on a weekly basis.
 
I've never tried feeding hard boiled eggs to my monitors. I'll have to try that sometime. I do feed them freshly laid leopard gecko eggs which they love.
 
my sav hated scrambled lol so il give hardboiled a go. i was just worried he would shove it in and try to swallow....hes not that big yet.

My monitors, blue tongues, and box turtles all got hard bioled eggs, shell and all.

just feed them raws in the bathtub makes the cleaning up only take seconds

When my sav was small I would just cut the egg into small enough chunks for him
 
I cut a chunk off and hold it for him and he just bites smaller chunks off, that way he doesn't take in any soil when he eats
 
I just dice up a part of the egg and feed him in his feeding bin
 
^ I cant do this cause mine seems to think that a feeding bin=jump/run as fast as you can to escape. It also threw him off feeding last time I tried so he gets fed on a big rock in his cage
