Feeding fish cooked chicken

Croatian tuna farms may not be the best comparative example since the farms use rearing cages placed offshore to contain the stock fish. With no filtration to foul there are many more feeding options than in a closed aquarium system.

I'm not sure cooked chicken will do them any good but fill a space in their guts. Their digestive system isn't geared for metabolizing terrestrial animal fats and oils. And any supplemental hormonal, amino acid, and mineral benefit is bottomed out from the cooking process. I'd also have some concerns about what the chicken may have been treated with before slaughter (antibiotics, hormones, etc.).

The chicken may yield zero adverse effects. But, any potential issues, to me, is not worth the risk to my collection/investment.

I fed my electric eel raw chicken once, it was a not a good idea, at all. His belly got huge and was like this for about a week. Then he regurgitated the chicken and it was a big mess. I would stay away from it.

^ my wolf did the same thing when I fed him raw shrimp, I never feed shrimp/prawn for that reason. And the bit of thiaminease (sp?) Lol
