I'm going to try and see if my Bichirs and my other fish in general will like Tilapia fillet.

Is there anything I really need to do to the meat before I put it in the tank? Or is it safe to go as it is from the Seafood Market.

I've used it in the past, never did anything to it, but it was not my preferred "fresh" food

Ah I see.

Out of curiosity, what did you mainly use? The usual fish stuff?

my fish LOVE tilapia more than market shrimp. Plus, shrimp and krill are hard to find down here in MIA. What do you usually use?

Mine have no problem with tilapia, or any other type of market filet I want to feed.

I used to use the frozen shrimp stuff and before that market shrimp. Now I use Hikari dried brine shrimp and ALL of my fish go nuts for it.

I was just wondering how Tilapia would work for them and if I would have to do anything to it before introducing the food. I like to keep my fish on a wide variety diet so yeah.

So there's not really anything you have to do to the meat then before hand?

Sorry I know it seems like a silly question guys but after having some fin rot and what not I'm trying to play this as safe as possible lol.
