Feeding fish wild caught trout

I go on a yearly trip to New York to fish for salmon and trout all the salmon and trout I catch I fillet freeze and bring home and that's how I feed my fish all year like my Nile perch payara peacock bass catfish and stuff like that not once has anything ever happened just catch it clean it freeze it and your good to go and what I do is use a hack saw and just cut pieces off a fillet thaw it out in water over night which will release oils then dump the water out of the bowl skin the fillet then rinse the meat off squeeze it well the water is running on it and there you go perfect food I even break it up into little pieces and feed it to my sevs and geos and they go crazy for it :)

I do this. My fish LOVE the trout chunks. Trout chunks have been essential to my breaking every predator I own with the exception of the GATF. I do freeze it as well.
 
I tried it tonite. Everyone loved it. My haft actually had one in his mouth and spit it out... I feed them about 30 min before that so idk... The caiman of course loved it as well.
