Feeding freeze dried only

Thanks Neutrino, I always thought of mysis as being for filter feeders and seahorses (fish with small mouths). I'll ad them to my list cause the managuense and jack seem to be getting too large for the fd bloodworms. I only feed them once a week but they have started spitting them out while my bichir and gourami love them.
