Feeding freshwater drum to fish?

In at Lake Erie right now and I thought I’d try freshwater drum and I didn’t cook it right the first time but it tasted like pork chops and even had the same texture as them. These fish don’t have a lot of good meat on them and most of the meat is red, could I feed the red meat to my fish at home?

What fish will you be feeding it to? Depending on the species, it could be good to feed to them.

I was thinking to feed it in my 40g targeting the gymnallabes typus catfish.
