Feeding gone wrong

I just finished my 75% w/c in 1 of my tank and decided to try out the DIY food I made yesterday. This was the 1st time I made my own fish food, so the gelatin was experimental. I was excited and still threw the food in my tank even though I knew the gelatin mix failed. Watch the video to see the result

To do list now:
1st. Let the filters suck the gunk out
2nd. Do 30 to 50% W/C AGAIN!
3rd. Clean the filters
4th. Buy some more knox gelatin tomorrow and fix the food
5th. Sleep

Yeah he really likes the food, so all I need to do now is fix the food by adding more gelatin mix.

I did another wc 30 mins after the feeding and I also cleaned the filters.

even with more gelatin feeding diy foods is messy.You could try freezing it in bite size cubes and feeding it partially frozen.But still I feed diy foods the day before waterchanges.

On a separate notew, beautiful fish! Gotta love Knives, Bichirs and Bowfin...
I'm surprised the Bow doesn't eat some of the smaller Bichirs.

Anytime I feed a new food I always only put a very small amount. This is to test the fish and see if they like it. If they like it I give more.
