yes i do that only.i get prawns from there only.but i dont get a kilo.i bring some for 5 bucks n keep. but i dont want to feed them market prawns only.so i feed them chicken,prawns and this time i got squid. so i try and keep it a varied diet.DubaiPond;2982438; said:You live in Gusais right? Shouldn't be a problem. I fhave been feeding koi pellets to my GT,Red Devils,cory,and comets for the last 6 years.
Just remember koi are not carnivores. Feed more sea food than koi pellets. Also, chicken shouldn't be fed to fish. Market prawns/shrimp are better than most of the foods you can get. Only feed anchovies once a month as they are high in salts.
