Feeding My Spotted Rapheal Catfish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
mine like shrimp pellets. as long as they make it to the bottom the catfish shouldn't have a problem. make sure it doesn't have a lot of competition or it may never get food.

You could wait till lights out to feed him or take a long piece of PVC and let it float to him threw that.

I would throw in some sinking pellets before bed

I have a spotted raphael cat his pretty cool!! ive seen him eat earth worms, blood worms carnivore sinking pellets and chunk's of prawns cut in fine pieces!! hes about 3'' long!!
I feed my fish all @ the same time when his hungry it comes out!! :D

I have never heard of one starving, I have seen them very fat though.

i had a striped raphael, always seemed to be nice and fat whenever I saw him. I used to feed him catfish pellets before I turned the light off for the night

I have a spotted Raffy cat that I have had for probably about five years, he is huge (as huge as they get....about 8 inches) and very fat. I have never had a problem with him eating, he likes bottom food like shrimp pellets best. He only eats at night, if I come down at night and look in the tank he is usually out.

You mean you guys have actually seen yours?
