Other cichlids as Tounge stated and advised me before are your best bet. More filling and better stapple. As for the not feeding live I don't agree I always will and always have feed my P's live fish. Just stay away from the store crap as much as possible. As for other types try and get them on Krill and then move onto something like trout many diffrent options just have to have patience and preserverience!
