feeding P Bass Beef heart ?

silversides, shrimp, smelt, fatheads, PELLETS, krill, crickets if they will eat them, blackworms... they usually only eat till a certain size...
 
p.s. stay away from goldfish ... high in fat and no nutrients
 
I fed beefheart breifly.. Mine were not into it like I wanted.. so I stopped as I got sick of cleaning out one or two pieces per feed.. Getting a chair or stool to reach over the top of you tank and then 2 feet back into it gets OLD!! :D
 
I make up a mix for my cichlids which is 1 kg Prawns, 2 x Zuccini and a cup of peas, it all goes in the blender then I bag it and freeze it. They go nuts over it. they still get 2 -3 types of pellet food as well to make sure they get their vitamins :)
 
hmmm i dont think you will be able to get cichla to eat that stuff but it is prob healthy
 
i agree with you boosten audi why feed them it if its not healthy i was just wondering i was gonna add it to my feeding.....feed them raw shrimp, haddock, scallops, and thas all right now
