yea frogs are actually some of the best food you can feed a predator if you really think about it

good bone structure- calcium
meaty- excellent source of protein
amphibian- natural food source
NO FUR- easy digestion

drawbacks- WHERE TO GET A GOOD CONSTANT SUPPLY HERE IN AMERICA

Be aware that some may have poisons that could kill your polys....Breed African Dwarf Frogs and those are a natural food of Polys....
