Feeding pumpkin to fish??

pacus will eat it and like the above post said about plecos-they'll eat it up also.I usually feed my plecos zucchini.just use a rubber band and attach it to a rock and drop it in or it will float.
now i cant wait till after halloween to cut up one small pumpkin for the fish. seems like its something new their going to enjoy from what the previous posts say.
now.....how are my kids going to take to watching my pacu eat their pumpkin??

That sounds like a really interesting idea. I had never thought of feeding my pleco pumpkin, but I am definitely going to try it now. Neat idea.
