This might be a dumb question but are rays night eaters like catfish ??? The reason i ask is because i need to fatten up one of my rays by powerfeeding him but it's hard to get food past my aro's all the time..(yes the aro's are for sale so they won't be in there for long) But was just thinking if i could feed them at night maybe i could slip the food past the aro's with out them seeing it.. Thanks..

They'll eat at any time, is there any way for you to get food down to them? I out my hand it and feed it to them by hand or you could drop it on the bottom.
Thanks.. I'll try at night then. The one that i'm trying to fatten up really only likes to eats worms so i'll try and feed them at night and see what happens

My marble eats anytime i drop food in it's the picky Yepezi that i have that's getting skinny because he eats a couple pieces is shrimp or 2 worms and then stops eating, so i need to try and feed him 2 or 3 times a day to fatten him up. And my silvers are PIGS !! and will go and snatch the food from right in front of the rays. I even had one eat the srimp right off the top of my rays head..LOL
when did u get the yepezi? I would inject some of the worms with prazi pro to make sure it doesnt have a internal parasites which could be why it isnt gaining any weight
I've only had it a couple weeks, it eats everyday but still looks skinny and not putting on weight for s**t.. Maybe i should try the prazi pro...
Being i've never used the Prazipro stuff, should i medicate the whole tank or just the worms for the one ray i'm worried about ??? Sorry i'm a Ray noobie so just don't want anything to happen because of my screw up..
