Piranhas are not just carnivores... they eat fruits, nuts, and plants...
Live fish may be cooler but how cool will it be when the feeders give your piranhas a disease and they die...

yup, i had a really nice schoal of 4 caribe, 4 RB i dont know what caused it, but i got a real bad fungus, that no matter what they couldnt shake and lost al of em slowly. cant say it was friom feeders or not but i usually had given them a large healthy poolfish or 2 , now that was a show
but around when they got sick was time of yr i couldnt find any big poolfish so was using goldfish feeders.
