Feeding schedule

I currently feed my 8 mos old Flowerhorn Sumo Red 2xs a day. And I give him treats for lunch. Sun - N/A Mon - Frozen Blood worms Tues - Freeze Dried Crickets Weds - Frozen Beefheart Thurs - Fresh Shrimp ( cut into small pcs) Fri - N/A (water change 25-30%) Sat - Feeders (Guppies, Ghost shrimp, Meal worms, etc) NO I don't feed him all these at once. This is jus the variety I use. Is this ok or too much?

With that diet I can't believe your flowerhorn isn't sick already. Stop with the live feeders. Stop with the beef heart. The freeze dried crickets are probably really rough on his stomach so I would stop those too. Flowerhorns have weak stomachs. The Grand Sumo Red is a great food. Feed him that twice a day every day and cooked shrimp chopped up or frozen bloodworm, 2-3 times a week.
