Drsfosters has nls baby pellet size...they are very very very tiny lol..I just bought one...didn't think they were that small. You should try it unless thier mouths are already at a large size

Tilapia!! they LOVE IT!, or any sinking pellet like hikari gold, massivore, carnivore, you name it

+1 for tilapia. I have a short bodied delhizi that was only 1.5" or so when i got him, now a year or so later, he's 4" and eats tilapia like crazy. Just cut it up real small. It smells strong enough to be really easy for them to find.

Hikari carnivore pellets will work to. They become soft enough where they can tear off chunks big enough for them to swallow without choking. Diced frozen tilapia works too just cut it small enough.

My delhezi loves talapia chunks. Not so interested in anything else yet.

So far i don't think he's eaten any of the small pellets that i've put in. I didn't have blood worms for a few days, during that time he turned down tilapia tid-bits, but he ate frozen brine shrimp with gusto.

He's been eating the BW steadily since i started feeding. i only feed him 3 times a day with around 10 at a time or so. He's definitely beginning to put on some weight already and is active and acting healthy. He shares the tank with young red cherry shrimp and infant guppies. i always see him lunge for them but i still have yet to see him actually get one.

i'll try to get a pick up in the next day or two
