the attack-food reaction time was definitely abysmal, no doubt about that. You gotta respect piranhas for what they are though, not what their silly rep makes them out to be.

thanks for the comments, if you want a fast action fish, come to the store and watch the dorado eat, they rip food out of your hand as a group, they'll fight over one feeder gold fish!!! Kid you not!

Yeah I use to climb inside the tank to clean it, I'd go on one side, and they' go to the other, I get worried when one gets trapped on the side where I'm at, and the water gets murky from me wading in it, sometimes they'll dash and hit my leg, normally they don't bite :cheers:


too bad that tank has been torn down already, nto the same fish anymore :thumbsdow
