Feeding your monster fish live food

I feed all of my fish rosies once a week. Hikari pellets, shrimp and krill the other days.

Because many predators are perfectly healthy eating non-live food, and it might not be worth the risk. If you got a bunch of cichlids you breed for feeders or guppies or anything, then by all means do it.

I feed live feeders every other day but only convicts that I breed myself so I don't have to worry about it!

every couple of weeks my archer gets a few feeders fish but i don't use them as a staple

I used to have to feed live quite often as my knife would NEVER eat anything else. Now I dont ffed much live. Mostly pellet and frozen krill, misis shrimp, and brine shrimp (for my smaller reef preditors).

i wouldnt call it a live feeder, however a few hours ago my dragon goby ate almost a whole brick of bloodworms by itself
