i feed it all sorts of stuffs... its up to u to test n try what ur willing to give and what the aro is willing to take! cheers!
Well I am new to Aro's, but I have got mine to eat Nite Crawlers, Meal Worms, Guppies, a lil Beef heart and his very first Gold fish today 
Market shrimp, FD krill, occasional beefheart, bloodworms, occasional tilapia, earthworms, and brine shrimp.
FYI I would not use goldfish at all for feeding the aro.

All the above mentioned. I have even seen aros being few new born mice 
. Not something I can stomach I must say (no pun intended). You might find that what you want to feed the aro might sometimes depend on what the aro prefers. Some aros are picky eaters, some will eat anything thrown at it.
