depends on the tank. my cichlids are always hungrey so i feed them small amouts of food throughout the day. My dragon gobies however, are feed about onece a week. they just pretty much eat there own crap over and over, and then they get a large helping of wardley shrimp pellets, or frozen mysis shrimp.
