I struggled for years with a sick dog- I finally made the choice to euthanize him.. the shelter lied to me, and never put him down.. I would rather think that he's over the rainbow bridge and not suffering..

The dog one hit me hard.

My dog taught me more than I thought was possible.
 
huh? they lied to you and didn't put him down? they just let nature take it's course? how'd you find out?
 
that first dog video brought up a lot of suppressed memories for me, i feel better now though.
 
wow that video was so intense. i didnt understand what was going on until i saw him go into the animal clinic thingy. that guy's accent was just too heavy and he was speaking so fast. it was so sad when he was crying and the dog was dying.

i was going to buy a puppy, but now im thinking i want to adopt from a rescue.

the shelter had a policy where you couldn't back when they euthanized the dog... a friend of mine went in there a week later and my dog was sitting in the front lobby. They claim he's being "treated"... but they also sent me a letter stating if I ever go to that shelter that i will be arrested..

10 vets couldn't figure his issue out with tons of testing and this shelter claims it was mange.. nope.. the other vets checked for it at every vet visit.

Excellent choice, both of my dogs are adopted and couldn't be happier.
